-Ireland 2 days shipping £15.00We use a number of delivery companies within the UK and the EU. UK mainland orders are delivered between 2-3 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery time to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland varies and might take up to 5 working days. Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is in stock. We do not ship on bank holidays. Express shipping are to be delivered within 1 business day.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
In line with our terms and conditions, should a customer be unsatisfied with our product, please return it and we will replace it or refund it. Please quote your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason, and whether you require a refund or a replacement when contacting us.
All items returned must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use).
If products are not received in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse either all or some of the refund which would otherwise be due in respect to such returned products. Except in the case of faulty returns, the cost of returning products lies with the buyer.
Please note that we will not accept any returned products which have been modified, in whole or part, except in the case of faulty products. -
ORDERING
Once you have identified all of the products you require, you are ready to place your order via our website.
Simply place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and checkout, you will be required to pay for your order, once successful your order will be received and processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation letter stating whether your payment has been successful. -
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and debit card. We do not accept cheque or any other kind of payment at this time.
We create our own pricing, and reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without further notice. Our promotions and sale only stands while stock lasts. Coupons and discount code are to be used on-line only, valid until the expiry date or until stock lasts.

VIEWING ORDERS
Customers may view orders via logging in, or accessing the Orders and Returns page with the order ID, billing last name and email address.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm we have received your order and are processing it. As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking/consignment number.
Any questions regarding orders may be sent by email and answered within 24 hours. -
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers may update account information under 'My account' by logging in. Alternately, you may choose to contact us via email and we will happily assist you with any problem. Should a customer feel the need to delete their account and remove any personal information, please write to us and we will proceed to delete your account.
